We welcomed both Dr. Bob Krone and Dr. Gordon Arthur to the show for this 72 minute discussion focused on and around The Journal of Space Philosophy (www.bobkrone.com/category/publications-category/journal-space-philosophy).  Please note that we experienced significant audio problems with Dr. Arthur’s cell phone usage.  We apologize in advance for these sound problem which make it very hard to understand some of Dr. Arthur’s important comments.  Our discussion started with Dr. Krone telling us about The Journal of Space Philosophy and why it was created.  The Journal is free and each issue can be downloaded online at the Journal’s website URL listed above.  I asked if the use of the word Philosophy was limiting in terms of the topics addressed by the Journal.  Our guests told us that “philosophy” was being used in a broad meaning – as cosmic intelligence.  Bob spoke about the NSS ISDC Conference which has supported the Journal of Space Philosophy and the Age of Discovery with Mr. Bernardino Palma, Portuguese Age of Discovery Historian (See the Journal of Space Philosophy Vol. 1, Number 1). Our guests also spoke about Dr. Dror’s Journal article, “The New Ruler: Foundational Leadership for the 21st Century which appeared in Fall 2012 issue of the Journal.  Both guests discussed the Law of Space Abundance and used GPS as an example of it.  Listeners asked our guests about submitting articles to the Journal and we learned that they are welcome. Listen for the guidelines and submission rules.  Later in the segment, Bob was asked about taking online classes through Kepler Space University.  Bob told us that as soon as the Florida certification was completed later this year, courses would be available.  Marshall called to ask Dr. Arthur about the theological aspects of going to space.  Both guests provided us with closing comments and Bob gave out his email address for Journal articles and Letters to the Editor submissions.
